True. So, I guess that's another word in the title of the article that should be removed. I think it's a property rights issue. Whoever owns the property where these people are begging/performing/selling/whatever should decide if they stay... But none of them should expect any money from me.

I think your right Vince, race was brought into this for no reason. But neither of the examples were begging, one was selling postcards and the other busking. So I'm not sure if I have a major problem with that, but if they were begging I think it's a little different.

The author unnecessarily brought race into the issue, which is, unfortunately, too common from many people these days. Regardless, any person who begs for money, no matter what their skin color is, needs to show more respect for themselves and others. Grow up, produce a product, or provide a service in return for money to support yourself.
