Hands down this is my favourite shot from the last Euro trip. Budapest was the first stop before heading up to Berlin and Prague. Budapest is such a vibrant city cut in half by Danube River. The west side often refers to as Buda and the east side as Pest. I took this photo on my second day there, during Chrismas day. I remembered I only had 3 hours sleep from the night before. It was a big night, I was exhausted, but the jetlag kept waking me up. I thought to stuff it! I might as well make this productive, so I decided to I get off my bed and wander to the chain bridge. It was a cloudy day, and I wasn't expecting a sunrise. However as I cross the bridge, I saw a glimpse of the sun shining through the thick clouds. I decided to linger around it didn't disappoint. I was awed by the effect of the sun reflecting by the clouds, beautiful. With a view like this, how can you not love Budapest? The hills, the river and the bridges makes Budapest one of a kind. Not to forget their lifestyle and cheap booze 😃🙌🏼
