I read a sentence the other day that said "Home is not where you live, but where they understand you" and it's exactly that. It's something I've learnt by traveling. It's always nice to have somewhere to go back to, but traveling you find yourself surrounded by like-minded people, by people who understand why you might not miss anything or anyone, why you might not be ready to "go back" just yet. They understand that you can be 10s of thousands of km away from home, yet feel like you're exact where you belong right that moment.
